Tanah Lot

Tanah lot is one of favorite tourism destination in Bali. It is famous for its Pura (temple), which is located separately from land. How ever, its uniqueness is, it can still be reached on foot if low level of sea water condition is applied. It is one of major temple in Bali, know as Sad Kahyangan(step of heaven),m located at beraban village. It took about 45 minutes trip to Kuta.

According to the myth, the temple was built in 16th century by Danghyang Nirartha, a clergyman, who manage to strengthen Hindu belief in Bali. In Spite of its historical value, it also offer amazing sunset view, when it is sunny. Therefore, Tanah lot is often crowded in the evening and certainly become a preference for those, how have their holiday here.
